Inventory

Locations

Every active batch and packaged lot is assigned to a location. Create the rooms your site has (mother rooms, veg rooms, flower rooms, drying rooms, vaults, freezers) and update locations as material moves.

CSV import

Import inventory for all your locations at once from a CSV file, to migrate existing records. An import can be undone.

The holding area

Records in the CSV without a parent batch (common for older stock in a vault or freezer) go to the holding area in Inventory. For each one, either assign it to an existing batch, or create the missing parent batch and map the record to it. Once assigned, the record leaves the holding area and appears in its place across the platform.
