ODC permit report

HyCultivate produces the Australian ODC permit report from the operational record, month by month, and exports it to the form’s spreadsheet template.

Before the first report

In Configurations, Business information, an administrator enters the licence holder’s details, including the ODC licence number; the site ID is set per facility in Configurations, Facilities. The report’s first sheet is filled from these.

How the figures are derived

  • Each month is reported on its own row, and the figures carry over from one month to the next as the form requires.
  • Cultivars at or below 1% THC are reported as low-THC, on their own stock sheet.
  • Cultivated inputs are normalised to a standard moisture content before they are reported.

What it depends on

The report reflects what has been recorded. Destructions, moves, harvests and sales that were not recorded will not appear in it. Review it before you submit it.
